Why this Matters in Global Mobility

Relocation has shaped my professional focus as much as any formal role. As a spouse following an international career and a parent to three children who have navigated multiple international moves, I’ve experienced first-hand how relocation impacts identity, confidence, and family wellbeing — factors that directly influence assignment stability and performance.

 

Relocation outcomes are rarely determined by capability alone. They are shaped by preparation, timing, and the level of support provided to both the employee and their family.

My professional background combines senior corporate experience with direct relocation delivery, including work with assignees and families in highly competitive markets. This has given me a clear understanding of where assignments most often struggle — and where early, targeted support makes the greatest impact.
